Great Day Academics has a full school year's worth of powerful lessons designed to build a foundation of resilience, connection, positive change and growth for you and your crew.
Use the downloadable activities and in-person lessons to help equip your kids and students (ages 8 - 14) with important life skills that inspire them to reach goals, care for their mental health and increase their overall wellbeing.
MONTHLY RESOURCES
Research shows that working with tactile, paper-pencil activities instead of a screen is more regulating to a child's nervous system and has numerous psychological benefits.
Each month has a different theme, a new Unit for your child or student to explore on their own or as a group. The month's Unit centers around one major life lesson and includes downloadable activities starting in August and ending in May, each month's lessons all build on the previous month.
