Great Day Academics, LLC
This online and in-person platform provides downloadable lessons, activities, book recommendations and workshops that build resilience, good character, social-emotional learning and empowerment of schooling communities.
The unique curriculum for both children and adults provides an opportunity to share challenges, learn and grow together. It is a proactive approach to reduce anxiety, burnout, poor achievement, teen suicide and depression.
The content focuses on what makes us mentally, physically an emotionally resilient so that we can continue to be leaders that make a big impact in our personal and professional lives.
The foundation of our programs and services builds new habits in character development, emotional self-regulation, physical wellness, mind-body awareness, and social-emotional well-being.
Learning Focus
The learning objectives for the lessons, activities and workshops focus on:
Resilience, Gratitude, Personal Responsibility, Overcoming Emotional Adversity, Growth Mindset, Purpose, How to Generate Healthy Relationships, Grit, Intuition, Self-Love, Initiative, Honesty, Self-Awareness, Compassion, Goal Setting, Good Character and so much more.
You and your crew will have the opportunity to move past limitations. Children learn to use both intellect and inner awareness to make smart life decisions in school, in their relationships, in their health and in their future.
