OUR BODIES ARE DESIGNED TO HEAL

Right now, there are 30 to 40 trillion cells in your body that are tirelessly working to improve your health! From the minute you were born, your miraculous and resilient body has worked day and night to combat sickness, regenerate cells and mend wounds - revealing the power of its ability to self-repair. It has proven time after time that its main job is to keep you well.

LET'S BUILD OUR RESILIENCE

When the things we eat, drink and think support our bodies natural ability to fight off illnesses, we become unstoppable- mentally, physically and emotionally. Providing this type of self-care requires us to listen more closely to what our bodies are saying.

 

This month, you and your crew will begin healthy new habits that will strengthen your body's resilience. We'll let nutrient rich food improve our mood and practice making a hobby of listening to our body.

Early exposure to a vast variety of foods and vegetables can empower kids to make each trip to the grocery store an opportunity to pick foods that strengthen their mind and body. 

 

We teach body intelligence so they make the connection between what they are feeling inside as it relates to the food on their plate.

Real foods heal. Teaching children how to read food labels encourages them to ask questions about the ingredients and vitamins in their food.

ADHD, mood swings and other behavioral concerns in our children are linked to malnourished bodies. With processed foods and chemical additives in our food supply, the American diet has given our youngsters a title of being "overfed, yet undernourished".

 

In the last 30 years, doctors have seen the number of pre-diabetic, child patients jump from zero to now 1 in every 4 children.

This prevented my body's ability to fight off environmental triggers and caused inflamed muscle tissue. Now I choose real foods that heal and I feel better with every meal!
